This Privacy Policy explains how Comi collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use our anime dubbing entertainment app and related services.

Comi does not offer auto-renewable subscriptions and does not provide AI large-model chat or AI large-model generation as a core service.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Information you provide

Account information: username, email address, profile photo, bio, age or date of birth, and other information you choose to provide.
Dubbing content: voice recordings, dubbed clips, captions, comments, messages, votes, reports, and other content you create or submit.
Support and moderation information: support requests, report reasons, screenshots, appeals, copyright notices, and related communications.
Purchase information: consumable product identifiers, transaction identifiers, purchase status, receipt validation data, delivery status, and purchase support records.

1.2 Information collected automatically

Device model, operating system, app version, language, time zone, IP address, diagnostics, crash logs, and network information.
Usage activity, including clips viewed, categories browsed, dubbing activity, votes, likes, follows, comments, shares, searches, and purchase interactions.
Security and fraud signals, such as login records, moderation history, spam signals, abuse reports, and purchase risk signals.

1.3 Device permissions

Comi may request microphone access so you can record dubbing audio. It may request photo or media permissions if you upload profile images or content. It may request notification permissions for account, activity, safety, and purchase notices. You can change permissions in your device settings.

2. How We Use Information

To provide dubbing tools, voice recording features, clip browsing, voting, comments, profiles, and community interactions.
To deliver consumable digital items and validate purchase receipts.
To moderate content, review reports, protect users, prevent abuse, and enforce policies.
To maintain service security, detect fraud, prevent vote manipulation, and protect platform integrity.
To improve performance, troubleshoot bugs, understand usage patterns, and develop better entertainment features.
To communicate with you about support, safety, policy updates, purchase issues, and account matters.
To comply with legal obligations, respond to lawful requests, and protect rights.

3. Anime Clip and Content Information

Comi is not designed to be a full-content streaming platform. The Service focuses on short-form dubbing participation, entertainment performance, and community interaction.

Anime-related clips are intended to be short promotional, trailer, preview, publicly available, public/free, or user-authorized materials. Clips are generally limited to approximately 20 seconds or less and are not intended to replace complete copyrighted works.

We may process clip interaction data, dubbing activity, votes, and engagement signals to provide rankings, recommendations, moderation, and service quality features.

4. No AI Large Model Processing

Comi does not provide AI large-model chat, AI large-model generation, or AI large-model decision services as a core user-facing feature.

We may use ordinary automated systems for safety, spam prevention, ranking, search, recommendations, diagnostics, and service operation. These operational tools are used to maintain the Service and are not presented as AI large-model content generation features.

5. How We Share Information

We may share information with service providers that help us operate Comi, including hosting, cloud storage, analytics, crash reporting, customer support, payment verification, content moderation, security, and fraud prevention providers.

We may share purchase-related information with app stores and payment platforms to verify purchases, deliver consumable items, resolve purchase issues, and prevent fraud.

We may disclose information where required by law, legal process, valid rights-holder notices, platform rules, or where necessary to protect users, Comi, or the public.

We do not sell personal information in the ordinary sense.

6. Consumable Purchase Data

Comi may offer consumable digital items. We use purchase data to validate receipts, deliver items, maintain records, prevent fraud, and respond to support requests.

Consumable purchases are not auto-renewable subscriptions and do not automatically renew.

7. Data Retention

We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce policies, prevent fraud, maintain security, preserve moderation records, and support purchase records.

If you request account deletion, we will take steps to delete or anonymize personal information, subject to reasonable exceptions for legal, security, fraud-prevention, moderation, copyright, and backup purposes.

8. Your Rights and Choices

You may update certain account information in the app.
You may request account deletion by contacting Support@comi.uno.
You may revoke microphone, photo, notification, or other permissions through device settings.
You may contact us regarding access, correction, deletion, or privacy-related requests.

We may need to verify your identity before processing certain requests.

9. Security

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect information against unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss, or alteration. However, no mobile or internet service can guarantee absolute security.

10. Children’s Privacy

Comi is intended for users who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we learn that such information was collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete or handle it as required by law.
